Holi  is a Hindu spring festival in India and Nepal, also known as the “festival of colours” or the “festival of love” The festival signifies the victory of good over evil, the arrival of spring, end of winter, and for many a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive, and repair broken relationships, and is also celebrated as a thanksgiving for a good harvest.

Come celebrate Holi, the Indian festival of colour me and Kerala kitchen for either a vinyasa flow or yin yoga class – then tuck into a tantalising vegetarian thali meal.

Vinyasa flow​ practise​: 12pm-1.30pm
Thali platter: 1.30pm – 2.30pm
Kitty’s vinyasa flow class will focus on connecting the body with the breath​, gaining strength and more mobility throughout as we generate heat within and energise the body. As we work into a playful heart opening sequence we will free up the spine, calm the mind and enjoy the blissful state a vinyasa flow practise brings to the body.

Yin Yoga practise: 1:45-3.15pm​
Thali platter 3.15pm – 4.15pm
Slowly and peacefully we will work deep into our hips, hamstrings and spine, delving into the many different colours we discover during a yin yoga practise. Letting go, bringing forgiveness and nurturing our bodies. Yin yoga is suitable for beginners​ and is a wonderful compliment to all exercise and busy lifestyles.
Vinyasa flow yoga & thali platter: 12am – 2.30pm: €35
