Hello! I am Kitty. A free spirit, lover of life and extremely passionate about selfcare for others and ME! Learning as I go and delighted to of grown into a geek/eternal student after years of feeling unable to learn from books and sit still and concentrate.

Yoga is not just about bending (even though this part of yoga makes my body feel deeeeelish.) Yoga translates as – Yoke, Union, to bring together and this is exactly what I love about Yoga. The Union of the emotional, spiritual, physical and mental body.

The Union of people met along the way through teachings, trainings and curiosity. The community and close friends I have made is a massive highlight. I love people and Yoga has opened my world up to a massive new world I once new nothing about. So yoga is definitely not just about stretches. I hope you can come join me at one of my classes, workshops or retreats, where we always nurture and fuel our emotional, spiritual, physical and mental body.

WHAT IS YOCELLA

A 2 hour peaceful candlelit yin yoga session led by Kitty Maguire to live cello played by Anna Marcossi. Helps prepare for meditation, improved circulation and energy flow, de-stress and improve flexibility, mobility, calmer, improved self awareness and self care throughout the body can be experienced from adding yin yoga to your practise.

Yoga with Kitty

My classes are of a slow flow nature with a focus on selfcare, awareness, and slowing down the nervous system.

I encourage individuality, expression and personal growth through a yin and yang practice in a light and uplifting environment.

My thirst for knowledge continue’s as I delved deeper into my level 2 & 3 Yin Yoga training with Biff Mithoefer this summer and started Womb yoga training with Uma Dinsmore Tuli this year.
