The Embodied Alchemist is a journey of self discovery. Growth, expansion & healing old wounds that have imprinted limiting beliefs into our body. If our own personal wounds are being supported we’ve a greater capacity to hold space for others. Otherwise we began to see our wounds in our circle . The womb will ask of you what needs to be tended to. As you unveil your creative process through cyclical living & birth your worth, the magic begins to slowly make its way into the cracks we considered flawed or unlovable. The Embodied Alchemist doesn’t strive for perfection, but thrives on witnessing the metamorphosis in the parts they thought unworthy, unlovable, inadequate or broken. The Embodied Alchemist breaks the mould, understands your blood is gold & turns pain into purpose.

- 12 x Monthly 90 min circles online to develop, honour and nurture the stages and shadows of Menstruality with guest teachers.

- In-person 5 day immersion An Sanctoir West Cork. Rituals & Ceremonies through Menstruality (menarche – matrescence – menopause- elders)

Food and accommodation are not included, but is extremely reasonable. Dan’s house and campervan/ camping options are available at An Sanctoir. Dan’s food is incredible and most veg is from his luscious garden.
Camping €10/15 pn. Dan’s house – dorm bed & single rooms €28/48 pn
