A weekend of nature , nurture to come home to yourself and feed your soul all the goodness the wild Wicklow hills, home cooked meals and yoga have to offer you.
To disconnect from the busy, fast pace of life. Leave the distractions to one side so you can focus on reconnecting with yourself.
Your only job over the weekend is to feed your whole self. To ask your body what it needs right now.
You can sleep till your heart contents. Walk in the woodlands where we will be nesting. Read or nap fireside, wrapped up in blankets with a hot drop and scones.
Drift off in the evenings with yin yoga or yoga nidra and restorative yoga by star and firelight, where you will meet the deepest place of rest, peace and care for yourself.
Go see Anna and the holistic team if you fancy, for a level of nurture that makes you feel completely wrapped up in cotton wool and cared for. With the kindest healing hands created for reflexology, 5 oil facials and aroma therapy massage. You will feel a new level of relaxation.
Your welcome to rest and sleep till your body says you’ve slept enough… for now.
You can wake up early and do a juicy morning flow of yin yang yoga to ignite your inner fire and energise you for the day ahead by the embers toasting up our yoga nest.
All our scrumptious offerings of homemade meals, bread, jams, bracks, fruit, teas and other potions are here to nourish you to the depths of your soul.
Whatever you decide to do. Its your choice, your body to snuggle, stretch, walk in the woods, chat, meditate, munch, sip, love, laugh and lavish your bones back to your good nourished self.
